At ScreenshotCore, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with ScreenshotCore for any reason within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge.
  • The guarantee applies to the first payment only. Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable.
  • Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy (e.g. repeated sign-ups) may be ineligible.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@screenshotcore.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We process refund requests within 2 business days.

4. Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain full access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations.

5. Free Trial

New accounts start with a free trial that includes 300 screenshots and 50 videos. No credit card is required for the free tier. Refunds do not apply to free trial periods.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
