At ScreenshotCore, we take your privacy extremely seriously. We are committed to protecting any personal data and ensuring that your screenshot data remains strictly confidential and secure.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account Information: We collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you register via Email, Google, or GitHub.
  • API Usage Data: We log metadata about your API requests (target URLs, captured dimensions, timestamp) for rate-limiting, debugging, and analytics purposes.

2. Image Storage & Deferment

Unless you explicitly use the "cache" parameter, our headless cluster retains captured images entirely in RAM and immediately flushes them upon successful HTTP delivery. If caching is enabled, images are stored in a secure S3 bucket for the cache duration before being permanently deleted. We do not index or train on your captures.

3. Third Party Providers

We use trusted external providers, such as Stripe (for secure subscription billing capabilities), AWS (for temporary image hosting), and OAuth providers (Google, GitHub). By registering, you agree to their respective data processing agreements.

4. Cookies and Web Storage

Our dashboard utilizes essential cookies for maintaining active login sessions and CSRF protection. We do not use third-party intrusive tracking cookies.

5. GDPR & Deletion Rights

You have the right to request a complete export of your personal data or demand full deletion. Deleting your account from the dashboard will instantly purge all API keys, usage logs, active Webhooks, and associated account profile data from our databases.
